Our double IPA is brewed using Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops, Pale 2 Row malt and Chico yeast to create a heady brew with juicy notes of tropical fruit and citrus. Supernaturally smooth, finishing dry and boasting a surprisingly low IBU, our Undine breaks the mold of what is expected of double IPAs.
