A true to style West Coast IPA with a light subtle sweetness for balance, High Ridge IPA is a modern twist on the IPAs we all grew up with. Before there was fruit treatments, lactose additions, and any number of adjuncts IPAs were dank, and bitter. Our version of this classic is crafted with Simcoe, Ekuanot and Cashmere hops provide those notes, with a soft bitterness balanced against a golden medium body.
