Beechwood smoked malt brings the signature smokiness to this Rauch Bier style Märzen. The addition of Munich malt, dark caramel malt and black roasted malt contribute complexity and balance to the strong smoky goodness. German Magnum hops and Vanguard hops were used to give the beer a well-balanced bitterness and noble hop character.
