This beer was born on our pilot system as a small batch offering by our brewers Trey and Devon. This Belgian-style wheat beer was kettle soured and finished with a Belgian Wit strain. Hints of tropical fruit and orange coupled with botanical phenols give this quaffable sour depth and character without losing the "crushable" quality.
