Featuring rare cask beers from Christian Moerlein and other local and regional breweries.

Our Second Annual Super Firkin Saturday is right around the corner! Christian Moerlein Brewing Co. is putting on a party before the big game promoting innovation, experimentation and all things local craft beer.


We have invited a handful of local brewer friends to join us for the occasion and they will be bringing special brews and infusions to serve alongside our Moerlein creations.
Rhinegeist, MadTree Brewing, Cellar Dweller, Blank Slate Brewing Company, Braxton Brewing Company, Great Lakes Brewing Company, Mt. Carmel Brewing Company , and Listermann Brewing Company will be here to join the fun!

Entry to this event is free and sampling tickets can be purchased 5 for $10.

That's not all...we are also launching our NEW "Pacer" Citra Pale Ale. Pacer packs an explosive punch of citrus aromatics and tropical fruit flavors backed by an easy-drinking pale body. Slight herbal notes are complemented by a burst of grapefruit and melon from an abundant dry-hopping of Citra hops, creating a pale ale that sets the pace.
We will be serving up the new brew and will also have some limited release infused Pacer firkins just for this event!

The taproom will be open for business as normal and live music will be played throughout the afternoon. In addition to trying a host of Christian Moerlein beers, fans can purchase food from Wienerwurst Mike’s Frankfutary.
