MILWAUKEE (March 30, 2025) – Eagle Park Brewing & Distilling, one of Wisconsin’s most innovative craft beverage producers, today announced the acquisition of SoulBoxer Cocktail Co., an acclaimed Milwaukee-based ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail brand known for its premium, bartender-crafted classics, including the Brandy Old Fashioned and Bourbon Old Fashioned.
The acquisition unites two Milwaukee-born brands built on craftsmanship, creativity, and flavor, and marks the latest chapter in Eagle Park’s expansion across beer, spirits, and RTD beverages, including new canned cocktail innovations spanning alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and THC categories.

Founded in 2015 by bartenders Jason Neu and Doug MacKenzie, SoulBoxer pioneered the Wisconsin-style RTD cocktail, using real ingredients such as Door County cherries and orange peel to craft drinks that taste freshly mixed. Its current product lineup features pre-mixed, bottled cocktails designed to be poured over ice for an elevated, bar-quality experience.
Eagle Park, founded by Max Borgardt, Jack Borgardt, and Jake Schinker, has evolved from a small Milwaukee craft brewery into a creative force, building a reputation for bold branding and a relentless, category-bending approach to craft beverages. The company produces award-winning beer, spirits, and THC beverages, and continues to expand its ready-to-drink portfolio across multiple categories.
Before the acquisition, Eagle Park served as SoulBoxer’s co-packing partner, producing and packaging its cocktails at the brand’s Muskego facility. Co-packing has been one of Eagle Park’s fastest-growing business divisions since 2024, with the company providing turnkey production and product development solutions for breweries and beverage brands across the country. The acquisition of SoulBoxer builds on that relationship and Eagle Park’s steady growth trajectory, following its successful 2022 acquisition of Milwaukee Brewing Company’s portfolio of brands.
What’s Next for SoulBoxer?
Current SoulBoxer bottled cocktails, including the Bottled Brandy Old Fashioned (62 Proof) and Bourbon Old Fashioned (68 Proof), will continue to be distributed throughout Wisconsin in 375ml, 750ml, and 1.75L formats.
To kick off this new chapter following the acquisition, SoulBoxer will launch three new canned cocktails, shipping to stores across the state beginning on April 2. The lineup includes 12oz four-packs of the Brandy Old Fashioned (11% ABV), Bourbon Old Fashioned (11% ABV), and Lakehouse Lemonade (8% ABV), made with real lemons and Rishi’s Hibiscus Berry Tea.
Looking ahead to later in 2026, Eagle Park plans to expand the SoulBoxer product line with new canned options across multiple segments, including:
Alcoholic canned cocktails built from SoulBoxer’s premium, bartender-inspired recipes
Non-alcoholic canned cocktails designed to deliver the same elevated “finished cocktail” experience without alcohol
THC-infused canned cocktails, leveraging Eagle Park’s expertise in cannabis beverage innovation
These additions will complement SoulBoxer’s existing lineup of bottled cocktails, which will continue to be produced at Eagle Park’s Muskego facility. The expansion reflects Eagle Park’s commitment to meeting evolving consumer demand for high-quality, convenient, experience-driven beverages—whether poured over ice, cracked from a can, enjoyed with alcohol, without alcohol, or with THC.
