Tractor Brewing Company brought home a gold medal on Saturday, October 10, 2024, for its Milk Mustachio Stout in the Sweet or Cream Stout category at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival (GABF®) competition, hosted and presented by the Brewers Association in Denver Colorado.
"I couldn’t be more proud or excited for this brewing team,” said TJ Frederich, head brewer of Tractor Brewing Company. “We have worked so hard over the last 3-4 years to reach this milestone. It’s not the end of the story, but just the beginning in my opinion. I am extremely excited for the next chapter of this journey. The brewing team includes Damian Perez, Dominic Gantar, César Adrián Quezada-Hernández, and head brewer TJ Friedrich.
In the 2024 competition, beers and ciders spanning 107 categories and 175 different styles (including all subcategories) were judged meticulously by 285 judges over 7 days. Other winners from New Mexico include Boxing Bear Brewery and Quarter Celtic Brewpub.
Milk Mustachio Stout is available on tap year-round at Tractor Brewing Company locations in Nob Hill, Wells Park, and West Side, as well as other draft and package locations statewide.
