Position Summary:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our hemp-derived delta 9 drinks. You will be responsible for managing key retail accounts in your given territory (Illinois, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Missouri, New Jersey, California), building strong relationships, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

-   Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts in your territory.

-   Distribution: Work closely with distributors to expand points of distribution and ensure product availability.

-   Sales Planning: Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

-   Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

-   Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

-   Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.


Qualifications:

-   Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.

-   Strong understanding of the retail landscape and key decision-makers.

-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-   Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

-   Strong organizational and time management skills.

-   Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, iDig/Karma, and Concur apps.

-   Valid driver's license.

-   Ability to lift 40 pounds or more.

-   Willingness to travel within your territory 80% of the work week.
