Milford, DE – Mispillion River Brewing will release Threat Level Purple, their Imperial IPA, in cans on July 9th at noon.
Mispillion has hinted at the upcoming release on their Facebook page over the past month through the use of color themed images. Threat Level Purple was first publicized with a happy blue image and has gradually moved to a red image depicting a nuclear melt down. Once the image turns purple, customers will be able to purchase the beer.
Threat Level Purple is Mispillion’s most limited can release and it is brewed with Topaz and Mosaic hops this year. Clocking in at an impressive 11% ABV, it has gained a cult following over the past year. Only 50 cases will be released to the public and none will be distributed outside the brewery.
El Presidente, Eric Williams, stated, “It’s the final countdown. In a super scary, not-at-all Arrested Development related way. We can’t wait to release this beer to the public again.”
Threat Level Purple can be found on July 9th, while supplies last, as Mispillion River Brewing. The brewery is located at 255 Mullet Run St. Milford, DE.
