Columbus Brewing Company Plans Initial Release of Creeper at Brewery

Columbus, Ohio – “Bodhi is finally in bottles, when are we going to see Creeper?” has become the most-asked question of Columbus Brewing Company’s brewer and co-owner, Eric Bean, about his GABF award-winning Imperial IPA. His answer? “Now that Bodhi is slowly finding its way to the market, we are able to shift some of our focus and release the much sought after Creeper.”

Columbus Brewing Company intends to celebrate the occasion with its customers by hosting the initial release of bottled Creeper at the brewery. “We had so much fun releasing Bodhi at the brewery, we wanted to share the same experience with our fans during the Creeper release,” said Eric Bean.

On Saturday, September 24th Columbus Brewing Company will run two sessions for the public to celebrate the arrival of Creeper bottles at the brewery (2555 Harrison Road, Columbus, OH 43204). Sessions will be from 11:00am to 2:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Tickets are $5 (plus service fee). All ticket proceeds will be donated to Growlers Dog Bones, a non-profit employing and doing vocational training with individuals with disabilities. Growlers bakes dog bones using spent grains from micro-breweries in Columbus. http://www.growlersdogbones.org This ticket will allow the individual to reserve between 1 and 6 four-packs of Creeper. They will then pay for their reserved beer when they pick it up at the event. Also, the event will feature an assortment of CBC draft beer for purchase, a growler fill station featuring infused one-offs, along with CBC, Bodhi, and Creeper branded merchandise. Tickets will be available online beginning August 20th at 10:00 am. (You must be 21 years of age to attend the Creeper Bottle Release.)
