Position Summary

Location: Home-based in California, focusing on 7 Eleven West Coast Priority States.

Primary Roles:

Build and maintain relationships with distributor key account leads.

Promote and influence distribution of recommended Geloso products.

Drive new distribution and enhance brand visibility through displays and POS materials.

Manage key accounts with planning, execution, and performance reviews.


Travel Requirements:

+50% travel expectancy focusing on CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, CO

Additional travel 3-4 days each month for market-wide events outside of the state.

Annual Sales Meeting – locations change each year.

Knowledge of and experience with Vermont Information Processing (VIP) a plus.

Clean driving record and proof of automotive insurance.

Position contingent upon successful completion of background check.

Duties and Responsibilities of the 7 Eleven Key Account Specialist - West Role:

Sales Execution: Work closely with wholesalers to implement all sales and promotional initiatives.

Collaboration: Partner with key distributor sales representatives to maintain focus on the Geloso portfolio through regular communication within the West Coast Distributor territory.

Resource Utilization: Leverage selling 7 Eleven opportunities to support Independent and other key accounts, including programming execution, sampling, and point-of-sale materials.

Internal Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the internal Geloso Sales team (District Managers, Regional Managers, and Key Account Managers) to ensure alignment and effective execution/distribution at accounts.

Budget Management: Maintain fiscal responsibility for assigned budgets.

Merchandising Standards: Ensure proper merchandising standards are followed, including in-store programming and out-of-store permanent point-of-sale displays.

Relationship Building: Develop relationships with distributors, franchise networks, and retailers to achieve sales goals.

Event Participation: Attend promotional/tradeshow events as needed to generate new sales leads for Geloso products.

Geloso Portfolio External Education: Educate external partners on product updates, changes, and new launches.

Representation: Act as the face of the company in all interactions with external partners.

Flexibility: Perform other related duties as assigned by management.



*This is a hybrid position. Geloso does not have an office in this location, but you will be required to travel in your assigned service area to visit accounts/clients weekly.
