This role reports to the SVP of Business & Product Creation.


Location: Charlotte, NC., Louisville, CO. or remote


POSITION DESCRIPTION

This role is a key addition to Deutsche Beverage + Process and Wild Goose Filling teams. The Draft Equipment Sales Representative position is responsible for Key Sales Objectives (KSOs). The KSOs will be defined initially by Deutsche/Wild Goose management and will evolve over time. The Draft Equipment Sales Representative will be responsible for helping to define the sales and marketing strategy and will be held accountable to executing the plan. The expectation is up to 50% travel. Success for the this role will be based on several criteria.

  • Launch Cervizi into the US market
  • Get product testimonials (video or written)
  • Solicit Voice of Customer (VOC) to provide feedback to Engineering on future development
  • Help define short and long term go-to-market strategies
  • Other commercial activities as assigned
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical services, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points to clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of kitchen/brewery equipment sales.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry with knowledge of draught and dispensing equipment.
  • Draft and brewery experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel.


Compensation

Base Salary: Your annual base salary will be $95,000 - $105,000 plus commissions.
