Sales Regional Manager

Compensation: Base: $60,000 - $85,000 + Individual Commission + Team Commission

Job Summary:

Qualifications: 5+ years beer distribution sales experience and sales development, with 10+ being preferred.

Primary Responsibilities: Open new points of distribution. Increase velocity with existing points of distribution. Oversee large territories and manages wholesaler network performance to increase on- and off-premise sales and brand awareness. Set all on- and off- premise sales and distribution goals for wholesaler network. Develop and communicate pricing programs. Assist with wholesaler, retail, and brewery inventory management and forecasting. Interpret sales analytical data and make recommendations for future sales strategies to drive revenue and increase brand strength. Generate regional monthly and quarterly on- and off-premise sales forecasts. Help coordinate Sales Programs with Production, Packaging, and Marketing. Reports to the Director of Sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Works to establish new accounts.
• Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
• Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for other territories with other sales representatives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.  
• Organized with attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Five years of distribution sales experience required and. 10+ years of such experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
