As a Key Account Manager for at 4 Hands Brewing Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our full beverage portfolio, which includes the following brands; 4 Hands Brewing Company, 1220 Spirits, YES TEA, and Withered Oak. Your primary responsibility will be to manage key accounts effectively, ensuring that our sales strategies are executed and that our brand promotions resonate with our customers. You will leverage a comprehensive suite of sales tools, including VIP, IRI, as well as local and statewide sales data, to analyze market trends and performance metrics, allowing you to make informed decisions that align with our business objectives and market opportunity. In this role, you will maintain active communication with key chain buyers, wholesaler personnel, and our dedicated sales team to ensure that everyone is aligned and informed. Your ability to track and measure business performance through programming periods will be crucial to our success. Additionally, you will be responsible for channel management, which includes price, promotional marketing planning, retail programming, and continuous improvement of in-store conditions. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
