Head Brewer

Parallel Brewing Company is looking for a head brewer to join us in Boone North Carolina. We have a production facility in Deep Gap NC [~15 minutes outside Boone] and a new tasting room near Downtown Boone that recently opened in June-2024.

We are a small operation brewing on a 2bbl Blinchman system; we are aiming to stay small to supply our tasting room and small distribution program.

This position offers a lot of creative freedom. Our brand is heavily based around New Zealand hops; we have a unique relationship with Freestyle Hops in New Zealand where our parent company, New River Distilling Company, developed-manufactures their SubZero Hop Kief products.

If timing works out, our current head brewers home will be available for rent [2 bed, 2 bath] ~10 min from our production facility.
