Great Divide Brewing Company is an award-winning regional craft brewery located in Denver, Colorado for 30 years and counting. We have recently partnered with Dry Dock Brewing company to be able to further elevate our craft and expand our reach in the craft beer landscape. This collaboration brings a wealth of brewing expertise and shared commitment to delivering outstanding beers.

The Event and Social Media Coordinators primary objective is to increase the availability and visibility of Great Divide and Dry Dock Brand at events and social media. Together we will continue to build our brands and consumer base. This position is essential to represent our team and culture at Great Divide allowing for consumers to connect with us. As we say, Great Minds Drink Alike!

Responsibilities:

·      This person will be actively present in the taprooms, the city, and in our communities consistently gathering people-focused content and building relationships! The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social trends, behaviors, and how they can be translated into engaging and exciting content that embodies our brand values.

·      Must have a willingness to try new things and get the most out of others, while still adhering to brand standards. In this position, the ideal candidate must be outgoing in methods of gathering content or have a willingness to be in the content themselves.

·      Is responsible for the beer festivals and events, execution and needs to be able to represent the brand on their own.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design or related field or the equivalent in experience

·      Experience creating branded content for digital platforms – Instagram (Instagram Stories and IGTV), Facebook, WordPress, Twitter or X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.

·      Experience with photography and video production

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite

·      Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

·      Must be a collaborative team player with an eagerness to learn & willingness to put themselves “out there”

·      Ability to work late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support sales/marketing activities/events

·      Candidate must reside in the Denver Metro area

·      Must have clean driving record

Duties:

·      Create BOLD content using high-quality photography, video and graphics for multiple channels, including social media, advertisements, and general needs while adhering to brand guidelines and company culture

·      Create and schedule content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), aligning social media strategy with business goals

·      Monitor and manage all social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging responses to DMs and comments.

·      Create digital and print advertising materials as needed.

·      Plan and optimize paid social media campaigns.

·      Collaborate with influencers and partners for co-marketing initiatives and strengthen relationships with social media influencers.

·      Work with team to execute giveaways from inception to prize distribution

·      Assist in planning, marketing, and executing off-site events to promote both Great Divide and Dry Dock Brewing.

·      Represent Great Divide Brewing Co and Dry Dock Brewing Co at beer festivals, non-profit events, and other promotional activities.

·      Basic web maintenance (keeping events page up to date, adding new assets as they are created to keep site fresh)

Salary Range: $23 - $25 hourly, Full Time
