Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Brand Manager for Phase Three Brewing in the Wisconsin Market. This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive experience in craft beer sales to make a significant impact on our brand presence throughout Wisconsin. In this role, you will be the driving force behind promoting and selling our products within Wisconsin while managing the development of the commercial plan for a crucial portion of Phase Three’s portfolio, which is responsible for maintaining industry credibility, driving internal innovation, and delivering top-line revenue. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth with
  • Educate consumers and staff on our products, brewing process, and brand story
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Represent Phase Three Brewing at industry events, festivals, trade shows and tastings
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights
  • Assisting our Distribution Manager with the coordination of deliveries to accounts
  • Weekly meetings with our Distribution Manager and COO
  • A strong emphasis on communication not only with accounts but within the organization as well
  • Extensive knowledge of general craft beer, the local market and industry, and willingness to gain in-depth knowledge about Phase Three and our products
  • Building new accounts and maintaining existing relationships all throughout Wisconsin, specifically with key accounts, distributors, and retailers
  • Access to a well-maintained vehicle to allow for daily travel to accounts. Mileage will be reimbursed.
  • Attendance of local and out-of-state beer festivals and local account events
  • Must have a flexible schedule, working full-time 40-45 hours weekly with potential for a few nights and weekends

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the craft beer industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Familiarity with Resin and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel within Wisconsin and attend events on evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to to travel to our production facility in Lake Zurich quarterly
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must live in the state of Wisconsin


Our compensation package includes a base salary depending on experience plus a favorable commission structure with no cap. Additionally, this position will receive reimbursed mileage, a food and drink expense account, a monthly cell phone allowance, and a work-issued laptop. Ability to attend paid out-of-state beer festivals.
