Job Summary:

The Regional Brand Manager is responsible for sales, support, and oversight of all 1911 Established & Ayrloom THC branded beverage products to the consumer and to licensed operators and distributors in assigned regions by working independently with distributor representatives and with fellow 1911 employees at off-premise retail accounts. The Senior Director of Sales will assign territories and distributors. Anticipate 60% street level sales with 40% distributor management in the above listed region.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

1. Develop and implement location-based strategy for 1911 Established Spirits & Ayrloom D9 Hemp products.

2. Work with management and distributors (ride with) reps to maintain existing accounts and to establish new opportunities for additional accounts.

3. Sample new prospective accounts.

4. Secure permanent lines of communication with all account representatives.

5. Complete KARMA notes daily. Estimated daily qualified calls between 8 and 12 accounts.

6. Actively participate in weekly sales con-calls.

7. Participate in Regional Crew Drive where appropriate.

8. Establish, help to market and execute events to include festivals, concerts, the NYS Fair and similar events.

9. Be the lead “ambassador of the brand”.

10. Work with the sales and marketing teams to help create and support POS marketing and promotional materials and assist with public relations.

11. Utilize VIP reports to monitor sales progress and build target account lists.

12. Promote 1911 Established in the sales area defined by territory.

13. Ensure that installations of 1911 Established products are done properly and quality is controlled.

14. Educate the buyer, distributor and customer on all things 1911.

15. Train retailers on all aspects of 1911 Established products.

16. Install POS as needed.

17. Coordinate POS orders with distributors as needed.

18. Schedule and execute successful and engaging events off premise.

19. Work directly with the Brand Ambassadors in your territory to arrange staffing as needed for events and assist other Regional Brand Managers as needed.

20. Eligible for use of a company vehicle for work-related travel.

21. Maintain a monthly work-expense account.

Minimum Qualification Standards:

  • A four-year college education is required.
  • Three years of experience in sales in the beverage market in the above-listed region.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Gmail proficiency is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with co-workers and vendors professionally and helpfully in person, via phone or written correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Some analytical ability to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast paced, stressful environment.

Equipment, Machines and Software Used:

This position requires the regular use of:

  • Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Gmail proficiency required.
  • Automobile or small pickup truck for sales travel. This position is eligible for use of a company vehicle for work-related travel.

Mental Requirements:

  • Close mental and visual attention is required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, communicating effectively with vendors, customers, and coworkers, using a computer terminal, reading, writing, and driving a vehicle.

Physical Exertion:

Light work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Load and unload cases of product, set up product displays, lift, lower, and move products at festivals, concerts, NYS Fair, and other similar events.

Environmental Conditions:

Inside and Outside Work: With exposure to temperature changes.

Travel:

This position does require frequent travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
