Northern Colorado Sales Representative 



Located at our beautiful Acreage restaurant in Lafayette, CO we are a top cider manufacturer and well-loved restaurant group in the industry. We love good food and great cider, oh and Howdy Beer too! 


Position Purpose:

The Nor CO sales representative will execute 40 - 50 sales account visits per week for Stem Ciders & Howdy Beer, gaining new distribution, verifying chain resets, landing features and displays and educating our customers on the brands. Come join our nimble yet dynamic team where you’ll make an immediate impact.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Market & Territory

  • Sales: Executes 40 - 50 sales account visits per week building long-term relationships with retail buyers in Northern CO. Recap weekly activity to Sales Director and team members each Monday morning. 
  • Executes: Self-motivated and has excellent day-to-day calendar organization. Delivers results for key performance indicators like landing new Howdy & Stem Draft placements, securing stacker displays & end cap features in off prem liquor retail stores, gains distribution commitments & improved shelf positioning, applies POS, & verifies chain resets. Also surveys for proper Menu placement and pricing. 
  • Utilize: Creates daily account entries into Karma and knows / learns iDig reporting to uncover opportunities within defined territory. 
  • Work-with’s: Our distributor in Nor CO to maximize sales and duplicate sales efforts, and is available for support. Collaborates with our sales & marketing team to improve presence and is the voice at retail for the brand. 
  • Travel: Occasionally will travel outside of defined territory for crew-drives or market blitzes and events.
  • Events: Represents Wilding Brands at festivals, beer & cider dinners, samplings & tastings, sponsorships, handsells + strategic events. Seeks out opportunities with venues. 
  • Manages: Time effectively, collaborates with the team and is responsible for reconciling expenses and staying within budget.

  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to generate sales & marketing ideas to enhance communication and success. 


Benefits & Salary:

This sales position will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing. It is full time at 40 hours/week and some weekends. Candidates must be willing/able to have reliable transportation and a clean driving record with sales meetings held frequently @ HQ in Lafayette as well as work in defined region: Larimer, Boulder, Weld, Broomfield, Gilpin, Routt & Grand counties *subject to change


Salary at $60 - 70k depending on experience + $300 / Month car allowance. Performance based, quarterly bonuses for territory CE volume. Must be 21 or older with a valid drivers license.  


Location: Northern Colorado. This role is based in Nor CO with an expectation of 5 days a week in the market with light office support responsibilities.
