Join us for a special Mother's Day Cosmic Brunch!

Ecliptic Brewing's Mothership location will be hosting a special Mother's Day Cosmic Brunch on Sunday, May 14th! Join us for a delicious, family-friendly, four-course prix fixe menu, including beer and cocktail specials, as well as a pop-up flower shop. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a memorable Mother's Day with Ecliptic!

Drink Specials: We will be brewing a special batch of our fan-favorite Special Release Series beer, Cosmos Coconut and Vanilla Hazy IPA, for this event! One pint is included with every adult ticket. A DIY Bloody Mary bar will also be available for an additional charge.

Adult Menu ($55/person):
- Greek Yogurt Parfait: spent grain-pistachio granola, local wildflower honey, fresh berries
- Wild Mushroom and Garnet Yam Hash: local foraged mushrooms, red onions, crispy garnet yams, baby spinach, and white cheddar
- House Smoked Salmon or Tempeh Benedict: choice of protein, avocado, and a poached egg on a house-made crumpet with hollandaise sauce and side of dressed greens
- Bread Pudding French Toast with Southern-Fried Apple Compote: cinnamon-candied ginger bread pudding topped with fried apple compote and fresh whipped chantilly cream
- Includes one pint of our Cosmos Coconut and Vanilla Hazy IPA
