Releasing at Holidaily Taprooms on Saturday, May 13th, Cabeernet is back and for a VERY limited time!
Holidaily Brewing Company's Distribution & Logistics Coordinator, Meaghan, brewed this delicious cab sauv-beer hybrid last year and she's done it again to celebrate her graduating from MSU Denver with a degree in Brewery Operations!
This beer started life as a 70/30 blend of a GF Saison and a Cabernet Wine Base. The two were fermented together with a custom pitch of yeast derived from old world strains, then oak-aged to mellow and deepen the flavors. 

This is a very limited batch, so if you want a pint or crowlers to-go, make sure you head to one of our taprooms on Saturday, May 13th. We do not anticipate having this beer come the following Monday.
