Our Golden taproom will be closed just for you to wrap up 2022 with a delicious meal.
Full Menu(made gluten, corn, and cow dairy free):
First Course: Kabocha Squash Tart
Roasted Japanese Kabocha squash, caramelized onions, and fresh herbs baked inside of a flaky tart shell. Topped with crumbled goat cheese.
Paired with Flanders Red Ale
Second Course: Thai Curried Cauliflower Bisque
Creamy cauliflower coconut soup seasoned with green Thai curry spices and citrus. Garnished with roasted florets.
Paired with Big Henry Hazy IPA
Third Course - 2 Options
Beulah Braised Short Rib
Tender braised beef short rib served with roasted carrots and fingerling potatoes, sauced with a Beulah red demi-glace.
Paired with Beulah Red Ale

Wild Mushroom Raviolo
Hand-made pasta wrapped around roasted wild mushroom filling and topped with braised greens, Sage "buerre" blanc sauce, chili flake, and fresh herbs.

Dessert Course: Chocolate Torte
Rich and dense dark chocolate cake topped with tart cherry compote and coconut vanilla whipped "cream."
