PROGNOSIS HYPNOSIS
6.5% Dry Hopped Brett Saison
During GABF 2019, we brewed a Saison with our friends from Ruse Brewing with Raw Colorado Wheat and Colorado Crystal hops. It happily idled in an egg Foeder for 4 months fermenting with a Saison strain followed by a blend of Ruse's house Brettanomyces strains. Dry hopped with 1lb per barrel of Nelson, Taiheke and Motueka, this Saison has notes lemon zest on the nose, fruity funk top, Kaffir lime, and pineapple juice.
