3/10/2020 -- MEGA Bottle Release

Mega Bottle release on 3/10. 3 beers, 3 meads, 1 cider and no limits on any bottle

We will be releasing Three beers

Thrice Rice- 100% Brettanomyces fermented Belgian Witbier brewed with three kinds of rice; Wild Rice, Red Rice, and Jasmine Rice. Also brewed with Coriander, Orange Peel, Lemon Grass, White Peppercorns, and dry hopped with Cascade Hops,
Drood- DBL Barrel Belgian- Style Imperial Stout fermented with our house wild yeast, aged 12 months in Jamaican Rum Barrels prior to aging an additional 24 months in bourbon barrels
Blackberry Alice- Foeder fermented and wine barrel aged mixed culture Golden Ale refermented on over 7lbs of whole fruit blackberry per gallon of beer.

Three meads
The Darkest Timeline- Orange blossom honey fermented with black currant, blackberry and raspberry
Florida Mead Project (Guava)- Melomel made wit Florida orange blossom honey and passion fruit.
Florida Mead Project (Passion Fruit)- Fresh guava fermented with local orange blossom honey

One Cider
1124- A blend of fresh-pressed Northern Spy, MacIntosh, Baldwin and Liberty apples, oak fermented and bottle conditioned with our house blend of wild yeast. Aged for sixteen months prior to release.


All bottles will be released at 12pm in BOTH of our Tasting Rooms. No limits on any bottle
