Join us March 21, at New Holland Brewing for an incredible Journey Series Tasting Experience

The Journey Series is a new series of beers that outlines our journey as brewers, and our renewed commitment to pursuing innovation and experimentation. Each of the beer releases in this series symbolizes a stage along this journey.

The first release is The Call and it symbolizes our calling to brewing premium beers with an homage to traditional styles and a pursuit of new flavors and techniques. The Call is a sour ale fermented with our in-house sour culture and aged for two years before being finished on over 3,500 pounds of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, fueling a spontaneous secondary fermentation.

During this unique Journey Series Tasting Experience, attendees will have a chance to taste the white sour base for The Call directly from our foeders, as well as learn more about the Journey Series, our sour program, and the history of New Holland. You'll get an up-close & personal view of our Unit 40 Sour Room where all of our sours ferment and age. Our Brewers will then take you through a vertical tasting of our original Sour Ale, Blue Sunday, and discuss the differences in flavors and what can change in beer over time. To conclude the event, you'll get a sneak preview of a future Journey Series beer that is currently aging in cognac barrels.

Each ticket also includes a 500ml bottle of The Call, a specialty Rastal Lawrence glass, and hors d'oeuvres at the event.
