Atlas Brew Works is excited to celebrate Charles Ponzi’s birthday with its annual Ponzi Day on 3/6.

Atlas Brew Works is excited to celebrate Charles Ponzi’s birthday with its annual Ponzi Day on Friday, March 6. The brewery team will offer fresh Ponzi IPA, kegged the day before, at select market partners around town. The bold and fruity IPA is made with five varietals of hops including Mandarina Bavaria and Centennial, followed by hints of Munich malt. New this year, Head Brewer Daniel Vilarrubi has tweaked the recipe to slightly lessen the bitterness and increase the hop aromas. The Atlas team will visit the different participating locations throughout the evening to handout swag and share their brews with guests.
