Join us for detox + retox at Ecliptic Brewing!

Join us for detox + retox at Ecliptic Brewing for a Sunday morning class in their taproom before they open to the public. This Yoga + Beer event will begin with a 75 minute all levels, flow yoga class taught by Beer Yogi and Yoga Instructor, Mikki Trowbridge. After class, yogis are invited to stay and enjoy a pint. Lunch will also be available for purchase. Your registration includes practice and your first pint.

Things to know:

Cost: $20 for Yoga + Beer; $15 for Yoga Only

Class size is limited; we recommend registering ahead!

Food is available for purchase after class.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.

Please bring your own mat if you can, although we always have extras to borrow.
