We're doing things a little different this time around! We're hosting this release at Union Pool in Williamsburg (NOT at the Brewery).

We repeat: this release will NOT be at our location in Red Hook! Unfortunately, there will not be any alternate pickups this time around. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured this is just temporary for the winter.

This time you'll use the app to reserve the beer with a $1 reservation fee per six-pack, but will finish the payment by paying the full price at Union Pool on Saturday. We'll refund the reservation fee when you pick up the beer.

We're doing this to get through the winter without being impacted by unpredictable bad weather or cold temperatures in our outdoor space. This party goes on rain or shine!

ABOUT THE JANUARY RELEASE

We’re kicking off 2019 with a set of party beers.

You might remember Party Hat, our 0 IBU IPA that’s “all party” from January 2018. Well it’s back and this time we’ve blended in Nelson Sauvin with Galaxy for huge aroma popping out of the can — this one’s a real party popper. We’re extending the series with Party Favors, an NEIIPA with Galaxy, Strata and milk sugar. Strata is insanely potent, and the combination with Galaxy and a kiss of sweetness really gets the party started. Then we’ve got a tropical, Hawaiian luau vibe for Party Piñata, which goes all out to create a Piña Colada in a beer.

Party Hat
NEIPA w/ Galaxy and Nelson
6.6% ABV | 0 IBU

How about an IPA that’s just the fun part? No IBUs, no bitterness, just waves of tropical hop character, from Galaxy and Nelson hops, that comes flying out of the can like a party popper. Now we’re talking.


Party Piñata
Sour IPA w/ Idaho 7, Sabro, pineapple puree, toasted coconut, Citra t-45
8.0% ABV

This one is filled to the brim with goodies. We packed as much pineapple and coconut flavor into this crazy complex beer using our proprietary Sour IPA techniques. Get ready for the full Piña Colada experience.


Party Favors
NEIPA w/ Strata, Galaxy, Milk Sugar
8.5% ABV

Don’t show up without the goods. Between Strata and Galaxy, you’ve got everything you need to get the party started. Huge, complex, dank, juicy aroma all the way.
