Roadhouse Brewing Co x Cart Driver Beer Paired Menu at Craft Brewer's Conference

Roadhouse Brewing Co. is partnering with RiNo’s popular wood-fired pizzeria, Cart Driver, for a beer-paired special menu to be featured throughout CBC week. Roadhouse and Cart Driver have worked together to create a menu that compliments the dynamic profiles of three of the brewery’s most popular beers. The paired menu will feature:

Oysters with horseradish and mignonette
Loose Boots Après IPA (5.5% abv) a session IPA with flavors of lemon, lime,
pine and a crisp malty backbone

House Ricotta with spring vegetables, preserved lemon and breadcrumbs
Sacred Creed Farmhouse Saison (7.0% abv) an earthy farmhouse saison

Clam Pizza with little neck clams, pancetta, roasted garlic, panna
The Walrus Hazy Imperial IPA (8.3% abv) a juicy, hazy imperial IPA brewed with tangerines and peaches
