Bottle release for Biere d'Automne, brewed in collaboration with New Belgium Brewing Co.

We paired up with New Belgium to create Biere D’Automne!

Join us for a special bottle release event at our new Maryville taproom, for the second installment of our collaboration with New Belgium Blender Lauren Limbach. This collaboration uses Pilsner, Munich and Rye malt along with fresh blossoms and buds picked on the farm. This spicy, funky ale was then matured and bottle-conditioned with Brettanomyces Lambicus and our native wild yeast foeder beer.
