Ivy City's Atlas Brew Works will hold a release party for its German-style Festbier on August 1.

Ivy City brewery Atlas Brew Works will release its seasonal German-style Festbier in the Tap Room on Friday, August 2. Lighter in both color and body than most Oktoberfest beers, Festbier is a more drinkable lager with its sweet bread notes, orange blossom aromas, and clean yeast profile. In celebration of Festbier’s Tap Room release and the new, colorful can design, guests are invited to party with the Atlas team at The Midlands Beer Garden on Thursday, August 1.

With an expansive outdoor and indoor space with 22 drafts, The Midlands craft beer garden is complete with numerous televisions, HD projector screens, bar games and more. Join the Atlas team for a mini tap takeover of Festbier, Blood Orange Gose, Dance of Days, and 1500 South Cap Lager while enjoying live music and a chance to win Atlas swag.
