Our friends from Blue Ribbon BBQ will be back to go hog wild with us on Friday May 10th from 6-9pm. We’ll be serving up several whole pigs, pulled chicken and pork, all the sides n’ fixin’s, homemade beer BBQ sauces, and of course 16 world-class brews on tap. The beer stars of this year’s party are Tap Room favorites Mango Guava IPA and Boysenberry KMF Gose, which will be released the next morning in our first-ever run of 4-packs of 16-ounce cans. Pig Roasts guests will get to snag theirs early.

For serious BBQ and craft beer lovers, we are offering an exclusive VIP session. Learn the art of the carve with Blue Ribbon’s Head Chef and then make the perfect beer pairing with a Samuel Adams Beer Expert. Your demonstration will include its very own pig, a carving demonstration, and a guided flight of brewery exclusive beers paired perfectly with different cuts of pork. The VIP session will last from 5:45-6:30. Space is extremely limited, so get your tickets today.

Following VIP tasting, join the rest of the party to keep the festivities going with our full beer and food spread.

This is a 21+ event. Last call is at 8:45. General Admission tickets are $35, and VIP Experience tickets are $55. Sorry, no refunds.
