Another trippin’ Beer release party at Southern Star in our Taproom,introducing Trippin’ Tripel a Sorachi Ace Tripel. Along with Friday Night Local Band Live Music Showcase in Southern Star Brewing Company taproom from 6-9pm featuring a solo performance by Thawind Mills. Who’s show encompasses everything from Americana/rock oriented entertainment that blends ambient, funk, classical and Spanish themed music. Free to enjoy, taproom will be open from 4-10PM.

Sorachi Ace Tripel is dangerously deceptive at almost 10% abv, but drinks much smoother. The color is pale gold, with bananas, clove, and light lemon on the nose. It has a medium body with high carbonation. With a medium body, this beer has flavors of malt sweetness, bananas, roses, apricot, and light lemon. Be careful with this one.
