Empire Brewing Company is proud to release this year's batch of Sweet Fire! An annual collaboration project since 2014, this delicious beer was brewed by our female friends in the beer industry. 

Sweet Fire is an imperial stout that is brewed and fermented with cocoa nibs and a top secret chili blend. You'll love the tantalizing chocolate aroma and flavor, with a surprising but subtle heat that creeps onto the palate and builds into a beautiful balance of sweetness and spice. 8.2% ABV

We'll be tapping this limited release on February 23 at 11:30am at Empire Farm Brewery and the Syracuse brewpub. Live without regrets and make sure to try a draft while you can!
