Exceptionally complex, yet full in flavor, Alewerks Springhouse Brett is an ode to old-world brewing tradition. Aged in Chardonnay barrels for one year, this unfiltered Saison-style ale brewed with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis is full of tropical fruit and citrus flavor culminating in a funky, dry finish. Springhouse Brett defies its 6.1% alcohol in an exercise of balance, subtlety and respect.
