Shhh!
HAZY PALE ALE W/ IDAHO 7 AND CASHMERE
ABV: 5.8%

SHHHH! is our collaboration beer with The Brooklyn Public Library. We’ve been a long standing partner and supporter of the library and their Brooklyn Eagles group through the years. We worked with them to create a soft yet extremely aromatic Hazy Pale Ale with Idaho 7 and the Cashmere hop, which provides a lush aroma as soft as a librarian’s sweater.


Smooth Raspy
RASPBERRY SOUR BEER W/ MILK SUGAR AND VANILLA
ABV: 4.5%

Smooth Raspy is a softer take on Lil Raspy, our hit sour beer with loads of raspberry puree—same abv and level of sourness, but softened and smoothed out by milk sugar and vanilla. It pours a bright pink with a soft, fluffy pink foam topper.

Sparkler
BRUT IPA W/ CITRA & MOSAIC
ABV: 7.0%

Sparkler is a brand new style—a Brut, or extra dry, IPA featuring Citra and Mosaic. It’s got a beautiful, pungent candy-like and tropical aroma with a light body, mild haze, and low bitterness on the snappy, effervescent finish.

Wild Raspy
BARREL-AGED ALE W/ RASPBERRIES
ABV: 6.8%

We let Lil Raspy get wild n' funky in wine barrels for 16 months before releasing our first bottle through the app. Wild yeasts worked on this version of Lil Raspy for over a year in wine barrels-- the result is mild funk and fruitiness, and an absolute bone dry finish.
Each bottle is 500ml.
