Short Fuse Brewing 1 Year Anniversary and Release of Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout of Impending Doom

Come out and join us to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and help us launch the start of our barrel aging program. We are planning a big celebration to thank everyone for their tremendous support. We can’t believe it’s already been one year! In our first year we brewed over 50 unique beers and released 43 in our taproom alone. Some are yet to be released, which brings us to our second reason to celebrate: the release of bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout of Impending Doom! If you enjoyed Doom already, then you’re going to love the bourbon barrel variant. This beer has been one year in the making, and we’re super excited for you all to try it! Behind the scenes we have been busy filling barrels and have filled over 175 already. We plan to release some of these barrel aged bad boys at this event and give everyone a taste of what’s to come throughout the rest of the year. So come out and join us for beer, music, food, and fun on June 16th.

What: Indoor and outdoor event(rain or shine)
• Outdoor stage with live music
• Special tapings of barrel aged beers and one-off beers all day
• Dunk the brewer tank
• Stein beer dropping of the rocks ceremony
• Special food menu
• Multiple beer pouring stations
When: Saturday June 16, 2018. 3pm – Midnight
Where: Short Fuse Brewery at 5000 N. River Rd. Schiller Park, IL.
We will be taking over the whole complex around our brewery and making it an indoor/outdoor event. Outdoor stage with live music and games. Also, we will be doing brewery tours all day long.
