This 5 course dinner includes samples of 6 beers, meet & greet time with Chef Chris & Brad and a "Name that Beer" contest for one lucky attendee! Chef Chris Franz got his start working in the kitchen (ok, washing the dishes) at Blue Point and then worked his way up through the Renaissance Club, the Sterling Inn, Jimmy's and finally, ran the stoves at Detroit's acclaimed The Rattlesnake Club for the past 17 years. Atwater in the Park is happy to have him here to combine his love of beer with his passion for food. Watch for more changes to the menus at all Atwater Brewery locations to come in 2018!
