Uncle Billy's First Friday Firkin beer release! Green Room Coffee IPA

On Friday, June 2 at 5pm, Uncle Billy’s will tap a firkin of Coffee IPA made with the brewery’s mainstay beer, Green Room IPA. Head brewer, Trevor Nearburg, loves coffee IPA and teamed with the owner of 1739 kfé Artesanal coffee to cold brew light roasted Puerto Rican Arabica Coffee from the highest mountainous region of Utuado into the beer. The high-tone citrus flavors and piney herbaceouness from the Simcoe and Amarillo hops of the Green Room marry well with roasted nut and chocolate flavors from the coffee. We will tap both casks at 5:00 pm on Friday, June 2.
