Uncle Billy’s First Friday Firkin March Release: Hoppy Hefe will be tapped at 5pm! Join us.

On Friday, March 3 at 5pm, Uncle Billy’s will tap a cask of Hoppy Hefe to celebrate the new release of the first Hefeweizen brewed by head brewer, Trevor Nearburg has brewed. It’s a fresh, fruity firkin made with a liberal measure of Centennial hops imbued a cask of the new Hammock Hefe. True to its Hefe heritage, it’s as hazy as the morning after. Fruity fresh and clean melon aromas, spiked with spicy clove and citrusy, floral hop scents. The dry hopping gives it extra spiciness to accompany the fresh flavors of honeydew melon and a hint of banana. It has a silky hazy body kicked up with plenty of fizziness. It’s just the right beer to bring March in like a lion, even though it’s as silky as a lamb.
