Looking forward to some green beer for St. Patrick’s Day? Then DON’T head to CMBC, because we’d never ruin one of our brews by turning it green. That’s bush league, folks. No self-respecting Irishman (or -woman) would drink green beer, and on St. Patrick’s Day, we’re ALL Irishmen (or, at the very least, Irish-ish).

What we will be doing is tapping EIGHT different kegs of stouts. We’ve got a Bourbon flavored stout; a Mole stout with chipotle peppers, cinnamon, and cocoa; a smoked stout infused with smoked oak cubes; mint and vanilla stout (think Shamrock…); a chocolate-covered orange stout; an Irish potato stout with toasted coconut and cinnamon; an Irish coffee stout; and good ol’ Cape May Stout.

So swing on down to the brewery on Friday, March 17th -- the stouts will be tapped at 2pm. See you there!
