Join us on Saturday, March 18 as we turn the Brewery & Tap Room into our own Irish Pub for a day of festive celebration! We’ll be tapping several limited-release beers inspired by the Emerald Isle, featuring Peppermint Paddy Mint Chocolate Stout, a special variant of our Double Bass Double Chocolate Stout. Enjoy beer pairings with delicious food offerings from local chefs along with live music, dancing, games, and a great cause. Sláinte!

Tickets include three (3) tokens, each good for (1) full beer or (1) food tasting portion, plus a limited edition St. Paddy's mug for the first 400 tickets sold! Additional tokens for beer/food will be available for purchase during the event for $5.

Irish-inspired and seasonal beers on tap include:
Peppermint Paddy Mint Chocolate Stout (Double Bass Double Chocolate Stout variant)
Not-So Irish Coffee Stout (Little Red RooStarr w/ vanilla & habanero)
& a new Irish Red Ale, along with other seasonal beers like Reviver Red IPA, Warehouse Pils, and Debut Scotch Ale.

Hang with brewers from the Starr Hill team for some informational talks covering the history of Irish brewing and beer styles.

A trio of local chefs will each prepare a serving of Irish-style fare to compete for the top prize of our St. Piggy's Throwdown. Featuring:
Chef Curtis Shaver of Hamiltons' at First & Main / Sandwich Lab
Chef Christian Kelly of Maya Restaurant
Chef William Cooper of 106 Street Food

Each chef will serve one pork option and one vegetarian option. Stay tuned for official menus & pairings!

Also featuring live and local music from Erin and the Wildfire and Jon Spear Band, with special performances from the Albemarle Pipes and Drums and Irish Dance Club of UVA. Plus we'll have games of corn hole, bear pong and giant jenga along with make-your-own pretzel necklaces and raffles for great prizes!

$1 for every pint sold during the event and throughout March will be donated to the month's Cheers for Charity partner: Relay For Life at UVA.
