2/11/2017 -- Right Brain Brewery Collaboration Day

Collaboration Day is Right Brain Brewery's celebration of the collaborative nature of brewing.

Not many industries thrive on collaboration. In the brewing industry, however, working together and learning new skills from each other can lead to amazing beer for everyone. Keeping this goal in mind, we are excited to share details of our upcoming 3rd annual Collaboration Day. On February 11, 2017, we will debut beers brewed alongside some amazing Michigan companies, including:

Tapistry Brewery (Bridgman, Michigan)
-Amber ale brewed with Mel's Toffee and 3 bushels of puréed apples from Bakers Acres (Suttons Bay, MI).

Starving Artist Brewery (Ludington, MI)
-American blonde ale brewed with glazed peach fritters from Morats Bakery.

Lake Charlevoix Brewery (Charlevoix, MI)
-American pale ale brewed with 75 lbs of caramelized pineapples.

Storm Cloud Brewery (Frankfort, MI)
-Belgian tripel brewed with 300 lbs of sugar beets that were boiled, reduced to a syrup, then added to the brew.

Old Mission Brewery (Traverse City, MI) / Cultured Ferments (Traverse City, MI) -
-Red ale brewed with fresh ground ginger, then blended with Kombucha from Cultured Ferments.

BeeWell Meadery (Bellaire, MI)
-Braggot style ale blended with BeeWell mead.

In addition, we will have barrel-aged collaborations on tap from Grand Traverse Distillery and Two-Lads Winery.
