9/4/2017 -- City Tap House’s Labor Day Clambake

Fort Point celebrates New England with a seafood spread, local beers, live music and lawn games.

This Labor Day, Fort Point beer paradise City Tap House will embrace their fresh New England roots by hosting a traditional clambake complete with lawn games, live music and beer (of course). “The Great Clambake of 2017” will have the City Tap team dishing out a heaping plate of mussels, lobster, sausage, potato and corn ($25) that can be washed down by specialties from Narragansett Brewing Company including a bucket of lagers ($15) and a collection of limited releases by the can and bottle.
 
For entertainment, acoustic singer Dave Curtiss will serenade revelers fireside and those with a competitive streak can challenge friends and other guests to a good old-fashioned game of cornhole. Those with a creative side also can enter the “DYOB” contest where the best-decorated clambake bib will take home a $50 gift card.
