Catawba Brewing releases two new additions to their Specialty Series on Black Friday, November 24.

LD's BELGIAN TRIPEL (10.0% ABV)

In Belgium, strong golden ales are traditionally named after forces of evil. So, we thought it only fitting for this beer to share initials with the meanest little guy in the Catawba Family…the infamous LD, a.k.a. Long Dawg, a.k.a. Little Devil. Like LD himself, our abbey-style Tripel is innocently pale in color, deceptively light in body, and irresistibly “complex.” But don’t be fooled by appearances, lest you suffer the wrath of this tiny terror!

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE STOUT (5.4% ABV)

This silky smooth stout was born out of our popular chocolate and beer pairings on the Asheville South Slope. Brewed with Chocolate Malts and Midnight Wheat, it was conditioned on cacao nibs from our local boutique chocolate factory, whole roasted North Carolina peanuts, and Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is a decadent liquid dessert that’s like a peanut butter cup in a glass.
