Henniker, New Hampshire, March 10, 2017 - Craft beer and yoga? Never has the phrase bottoms up been taken so literal. Beer yoga is the newest craze that is sweeping the nation and is now available in the granite state at Henniker Brewing Company in Henniker, NH as part of their New Hampshire Craft Beer Week celebration.
“From day one part of our breweries mission has been to bring people together in celebration of community and craft beer,” says Henniker Brewing Company Marketing Director, Ryan Maiola. “Beer yoga is the perfect combination of both and the response we have received so far has been much bigger than we anticipated. We hope an event like this will welcome everyone to the brewery from beer geeks to yoga masters.” This is the first time Henniker has held a beer yoga event but Maiola mentions that if successful it could turn into a monthly event moving forward.
Henniker Brewing is teaming up with yoga instructor Janine Mitchell for the Bend and Brew event on Saturday, April 8th from 11-12pm. It will take place in the brewery taproom located at 129 Centervale Road, in Henniker, NH. For $25 attendees will receive an hour yoga session with Janine followed by a tasting flight of six Henniker beers, and a tour of the brewery.
