Barrel Aged Sour Saison with Blood Orange! Tapping!

Brewed in 2015 and barrel-aged, this Saison was brewed with white and pink peppercorns and coriander. After brewing, the ale was inoculated with lactobacillus acidophilus and aged in a barrel with blood orange.

Part of our Waitin' On Wood barrel-aged series and part of our Barn Phantom Sour Series this citrusy and moderately sour Saison is sure to haunt and tickle your palate!
