Surly Tap Takeover at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar

From 10 a.m. to close on Thursday, September 15, Surly Brewing takes over the taps at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar at the Mall of America, featuring rare and special issued kegs from the brewery vault, with brews including Xtra Citra, Fiery Hell, Ten, Pentagram, Smoke, and Darkness.

To close out the evening FireLake hosts a reception style dinner with Surly Stations of chef-inspired small plates complimented by Surly beers. Dish highlights include Roasted Fennel and Citrus Salad with frisee greens, wild arugula, and yogurt dressing; Red Lake Nation Walleye Cake with Harissa Mayo and housemade fire and ice pickles; Seared Wild Acres Duck Breast with sweet potato gnocchi and soused cherry gastrique; 12-hr smoked Brisket with pit master baked beans and corn muffin; and Dark Chocolate Mousse with chocolate hazelnut tart shell and creme anglaise
