10/14/2016 -- Oktoberfest Celebration

Oktoberfest Marzen and assorted brews & beer brats on the grill to raise funds for Food for Lane Co.

October 14, 2016: To coincide with the release of our Oktoberfest we wanted to grill up some specialty beer brats marinated in Watershed IPA. While we know that The Oktoberfest is actually in September, we wanted to celebrate the release of this beer in the German fashion – with some tasty (and complimentary!) sausage – and congratulate Filling Station on their newly opened second location. We will be accepting donations for Food for Lane County, either in canned goods or direct cash.

BEER Oktoberfest

A German style Marzen brewed with Bohemian Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, Caramunich, and a touch of Chocolate malt. A deep Orange hue, full bodied mouthfeel, and finished with German Hallertau Tradition. This lager was fermented with our house lager yeast strain.
