About the beer: Hardywood Gingerbread Stout is an imperial milk stout brewed with vanilla beans, cinnamon, fresh baby Hawaiian ginger from Casselmonte Farm and wildflower honey from Bearer Farms. In this limited variation, Gingerbread Stout is matured in Caribbean dark rum barrels that lend a smooth, distinctive character, emerging 12 weeks later as Rum Barrel GBS. Enrich your holiday season with notes of gingerbread spice, subtly sweet molasses and a hint of brown sugar all wrapped up in this festive libation that warms the palate and the soul.
